Uses:

• Combat Stress: After a stressful day combines diluted peppermint with patchouli oil and apply it to the forehead, back of the neck, and temples.
• Calm Down: Add fractionated coconut oil and massage into the bottoms of feet to calm emotions.
• Soothing Bath: Take a warm bath with 5 drops of Patchouli oil blended into Epsom salt and carrier oil of choice.
• Healthy Hair: Massage 4 drops of oil into your conditioner scalp for healthy hair and dandruff prevention or you can add it to your conditioner.
• Minimize Scars: Apply 1-2 drops of oil directly to scars to minimize their appearance.
